Flagship offer
Percée B→C / CBC
A coach to transpose the competence you already have, a Companion to make practice available on demand, and a simulation to show where you stand.
RusingÂcademy's flagship for federal public servants aiming for a more stable Level C oral performance on the French SLE. It transposes the mature professional competence you already have into your second-language oral — without starting over.
The real gap is rarely competence. It is that your second-language oral does not yet show the professional level you already operate at in your first language.
Built for federal public servants preparing the SLE Oral C, a scheduled oral retest, or an internal promotion — diagnostic first.
RusingÂcademy is an independent preparation service and does not administer official tests for the Public Service Commission of Canada.
Who it is for
Federal public servants with a stable written B and a fragile oral B or an uncertain C.
Preparing the SLE Oral C, a scheduled oral retest, or an internal promotion process.
Federal roles with a CBC language profile, especially work involving briefings, complex exchanges, or community-facing responsibilities where bilingual communication under pressure matters.
What it is designed for
- aim for a more stable SLE oral performance, measured at your next evaluation;
- prepare more thoroughly for oral comprehension, expression, and interaction;
- steady your posture, tone, vocabulary, and grammar under time pressure;
- interpret the published SLE oral proficiency criteria with more clarity;
- simulate real conditions — format, duration, fatigue, and stress.
What it does not promise
- a guaranteed Level C;
- success in a fixed number of weeks;
- an “official PSC report” — internal readiness notes stay internal;
- an “official simulation” in the sense of a validated exam.

Pricing — a fixed rate, then the right plan
