This is language-performance coaching: a repeatable speaking protocol, deliberate practice, and evidence-based debriefs. It is not therapy, medical care, or a promise that every blank will disappear.

When this pathway fits

You can answer after the practice ends, but lose access to useful French in the moment.
You begin an answer, then abandon its structure while searching for the perfect word.
Time pressure makes your responses shorter, less organized, or harder to sustain.

A practical protocol you can rehearse

The sequence targets observable speaking behaviours. Your coach adjusts the language level and practice volume after the diagnostic.

    Map the trigger

    Identify the question types and moments where your speaking sequence breaks.

  2. 02

    Recover the thread

    Practise a brief pause, a clear opening, and a simple response structure you can reuse.

  3. 03

    Build under pressure

    Add follow-ups, time limits, and complexity gradually while keeping the structure visible.

  4. 04

    Debrief the evidence

    Review what remained accessible, what broke, and the next smallest behaviour to practise.

What the coach can observe

  • time to begin a relevant response;
  • ability to keep or recover a clear response structure;
  • continuity after a follow-up question;
  • consistency across repeated practice prompts.
